Fiona Obrowsky is a fashion designer based in New York, with a Bachelor's degree in Textile Technologies, majoring in Fashion Design and minoring in Knitwear and Sportswear.

Her work moves between sculptural pattern-making, knitwear, and womenswear, with a strong focus on transformability—exploring how garments can shift and adapt to changing bodies, needs, and environments.

Fiona’s interest in fashion began early. At 14, she enrolled in a fashion-focused high school, where she learned the foundations of pattern-making and sewing—an experience that laid the groundwork for discovering her voice as a designer.

Throughout her studies, she explored various design directions through minors and specializations in knitwear, sportswear, tailoring, and 3D design. These diverse focuses now shape her work as she develops her final graduation collection.

She draws inspiration from her surroundings—especially textures that speak to time, change, and resilience—and her creative practice often blends disciplines, touching on architecture and interior design. In addition to her design work, Fiona also engages in fashion journalism and 3D development. She has gained industry experience through internships at Melitta Baumeister in New York and Petar Petrov in Vienna and is eager to continue exploring and evolving her creative path.
